NJGA High School Program
National Junior Golf Association High School Program
The National Junior Golf Association High School Program will conduct two Invitational high school golf tournaments. One in North Carolina and one in South Carolina. There will be 12 teams for the boys and 12 teams for the girls at each tournament. You must have 5 players per team with the 4 lowest scores counting. If teams have individuals that want to play, they are welcome to play and compete for the individual title. The lowest from 5 teams scores will qualify to participate in the National Junior Golf Association Carolinas Cup. The five lowest teams scores from the boys in North Carolina and the 5 lowest teams scores from the boys in South Carolina will qualify and the 5 lowest teams scores from the girls in North Carolina and the 5 lowest team scores from the girls in South Carolina will qualify. The first NJGA High School Invitational will be hosted in North Carolina during the month of October and the Second NJGA High School Invitational will be hosted in South Carolina during the month of November and the First Annual NJGA Carolinas Cup will take place in December.
All three tournaments will be conducted as two-day events. It will be ranked by Global Junior Golf Rankings, Junior Golf Rankings, SCGA Rankings, and NCGA Rankings. There will also be live scoring and live streaming on Facebook and Instagram. Lunch will be provided for all players and coaches and every player will receive a tee gift. We will give the three lowest teams trophies for the boys division and the girls division and give a trophy out for the medalist in the girls division and the boys division. For the Carolinas Cup we will have a guest speaker after the first round and food will be served during the banquet.
